
Meet Amy
I’m Amy—a Registered Dietitian with a master’s in nutrition education, over 10 years of helping people achieve their health goals and a passion for helping people build strong, confident bodies through evidence-based nutrition. I completed my academic work and internship at Framingham State University, where I now teach part-time as an adjunct professor.
As a bikini bodybuilder, I understand the frustration of wanting a strong, sculpted physique and feeling like your progress never reflects the effort you’re putting in. For years, I was thin but lacked muscle, always wondering why nothing changed no matter how hard I worked. Everything shifted when I began studying the science behind muscle-building and applying it with intention. The transformation for me—both physically and mentally—was life-changing.
That experience fuels the heart of my coaching. I love empowering people to build muscle, elevate their confidence, and finally feel at home in their bodies. My approach blends clear, sustainable nutrition strategies with a supportive, tailored-for-you plan, designed for real results.
Outside of coaching and bodybuilding, I enjoy reading, yoga, and watching pro-wrestling. The key to my heart is a good lox bagel & an iced decaf latte. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and our two dogs.
